How long it takes
Everything is printed or embroidered for you after you order, usually in 2–5 business days. Then it ships with tracking. You can follow your order any time at dropshop.locker/track.
What shipping costs
You pay what it actually costs to ship your order: the exact amount shows in your cart once you pick your country, before you pay. Extra items ship for less than the first one. Mugs ship separately from clothing.

Returns and refunds
Each item is made just for you, so we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size or colour preference. Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering.
If something is wrong, we fix it: if your order arrives damaged, misprinted or defective, you received the wrong item or size, or the carrier loses it, we'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund.
How to claim: email support@dropshop.locker within 30 days of delivery (or of the expected delivery date for a lost package) with your order number and a photo of the problem. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Cancellations: email us within 2 hours of ordering; after that your item is already being made.
